Last week’s side had 9 players that were involved in the SHOCFC U/18 last season which again puts the football club in a position of strength not only for 2015 but for many years to come.
Happy to say that ALL players across the grades are being given opportunity to play higher level and good performance is being rewarded. This allows the senior coaching staff to develop players and ensure that they are getting the most out of themselves and playing their part to drive this great club forward.
The side is captained by Michael Jennings on his return from long term injury.
Once again I am lucky enough to have Floyd O’Toole and Tony Whenan helping out on match days which is a great help and would be lost without that help and support.
We would love to see some support at 12.15 on Saturdays as we appreciate seeing friends and family at the footy to see some great talent.

Div 1 Res sit on top of the table nearing half way mark…
The Div 1 Reserves team has had a terrific start to the 2015 season. We turn the corner at 8-0 and have had great wins against the competition stalwarts ROC, GOODWOOD and HENLEY.
With a terrific group of young men we are playing a great brand of football which will hold us in good stead for the remainder of the season, heading in the right direction to go deep into the season and play some finals football.
